E-bike battery lock stuck or key lost: what now?
A seized battery lock is worse than a ring lock: no battery, no ride, and forcing wrecks the cradle. Do not pry a screwdriver into the battery bay.
Send a photo of the battery lock. Then we know whether we open it or cut the retainer. We work the lock, not the battery.
Cargo bike, fatbike, longtail: same method. A new battery lock or an extra chain on the frame, agreed on site.
