We aim to be on site often within half an hour. That is not a promise. Traffic, distance and an earlier express job can slow it down. Express service puts you first in line.

Only your vehicle

We do not open a lock if you cannot show the bike, scooter or motorcycle is yours. Do not ask us to open someone else’s vehicle.

Houses, sheds, cars and safes are outside this work. We refer those.

Opening and cutting is entirely at your own risk. Rapido is not liable for that, except in case of intent or deliberate recklessness. The full rule is in the terms.
