What we do

Bike lock opening, cutting and replacement

No key, seized lock, broken cylinder or a chain around a pole — we come to you. Ring lock, chain, U-lock, folding lock, AXA, e-bike battery lock. Scooters and motorcycles too.

Bike lock opening

Ring lock, chain, U-lock, folding or disc lock. We work the lock, not the frame.

Cutting the lock

If it won’t open, we cut it off. Own power supply, even in the centre.

E-bike, fatbike or cargo-bike lock

Battery lock stuck or key lost. We open the lock, not the battery.

Scooter and moped lock

Steering lock, chain, or a disc lock on the wheel. Key lost, or it will not turn. Same price.

Motorcycle lock

Heavy disc locks and thick chains through the wheel. We take the lock, not the fairing. Same price.

Lock replacement

After opening, a chain, U-lock or ring lock fitted. The price is agreed beforehand.

Do I need to prove the bike is mine?+

Yes. Proof of ownership, or a photo of your ID. Without that we don’t start.

Will you damage my bike?+

We work carefully and focus on the lock, not the frame. Cutting only if opening fails. There is always a risk of damage — that remains at your own risk.

Do you do scooters, e-bikes and cargo bikes?+

Yes. Bike, e-bike, fatbike, cargo bike, scooter and motorcycle. Battery locks too.

Can you fit a new lock right away?+

Yes. Opening is only half the job — we bring locks and fit them on the spot so the bike is safe again.

Lost my bike key — what now?+

Don’t force the lock. WhatsApp your location and a photo of the lock. We open or cut it on the spot and can fit a new lock immediately.

Do you open ring locks, chains and U-locks?+

Yes. Ring lock, chain, U-lock, folding lock, disc lock, AXA and e-bike battery locks. Scooter and motorcycle locks too.

Do you come to Haarlem, Hoofddorp, Purmerend or Zaandam?+

Yes. Amsterdam and the whole region: Amstelveen, Zaandam, Assendelft, Haarlem, Hoofddorp, Badhoevedorp, Schiphol, Purmerend, Aalsmeer, Weesp, Volendam and nearby towns. €75 including call-out within 15 km of postcode 1063. Beyond that, €75 plus €1 per extra kilometre.
