Lost your bike key?

Ring lock, chain, U-lock or the battery lock on an e-bike. The bike stays where you left it. We come to it. Do not force it and do not saw. A key snapped in the cylinder is a bigger job than a lock that is still whole.

Call or WhatsApp 06 84 62 36 12. Send a pin and a photo of the lock. You hear the price before we drive. €75 includes the drive within 15 km of postcode 1063. Beyond that, €1 per extra kilometre. Calculate your price. If it will not open, we cut the lock. That is on cut a bike lock. We are now open, including at night.

Bring proof it is yours: a receipt, registration, hire contract, or a clear photo of your ID. We do not open a bike, scooter or motorcycle that is not yours.

€75 includes the drive within 15 km of postcode 1063. Each kilometre past that is €1. Centre of Amsterdam + €25. Evening 18:00–00:00 + €25. Night 00:00–08:00 + €50.
