Not every lock can be copied. AXA and many ring locks can. A locked cylinder with no key at all cannot. Send a photo of the lock and of the key if you still have it. Then we say if it can be done and what it costs.
If you have no key, opening comes first. The spare key or a new lock is the same conversation, not a week later.
Bring proof it is yours: a receipt, registration, hire contract, or a clear photo of your ID. We do not open a bike, scooter or motorcycle that is not yours.
€75 includes the drive within 15 km of postcode 1063. Each kilometre past that is €1. Centre of Amsterdam + €25. Evening 18:00–00:00 + €25. Night 00:00–08:00 + €50.
