Frozen bike lock? Do not force the key
Ice in the cylinder, or a lock that will not turn after the night. Hot water and WD-40 often make it worse. Call us.

A key that snaps halfway into a frozen lock is a bigger problem than the ice. Stop turning it. Send a photo, then we know whether we open it or cut it.
We also come early, when you need to get to work. Same price as in the day, unless it is still night. You hear that before we start. A scooter or motorcycle is a different job: frozen scooter lock or frozen motorcycle lock.
Bring proof it is yours: a receipt, registration, hire contract, or a clear photo of your ID. We do not open a bike, scooter or motorcycle that is not yours.
€75 includes the drive within 15 km of postcode 1063. Each kilometre past that is €1. Centre of Amsterdam + €25. Evening 18:00–00:00 + €25. Night 00:00–08:00 + €50.
